Arrival in Uganda

Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly staff, who will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your comfortable accommodation. Take this opportunity to relax and unwind after your journey, allowing yourself to acclimatize to the new surroundings and prepare for the exciting adventure encounters that await you. Murchison Falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park, located in northern Uganda, is a true gem of East Africa, boasting breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. The park is named after the dramatic Murchison Falls, where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge, creating a powerful cascade.

This natural wonder is just one of the many highlights of the park, which is also home to a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and hippos. Visitors can enjoy thrilling game drives, boat cruises along the Nile, and nature walks, all while taking in the stunning scenery and rich biodiversity of this remarkable national park.

Kibale Forest national Park

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Kibale Forest National Park, traversing through the scenic landscapes of Hoima with a stop for lunch. Continuing your journey, you’ll arrive at Kibale in the evening and check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Kibale Forest is renowned for its remarkable 13 primate species, including the rare red colobus and L’Hoest’s monkey. However, the major attraction lies in the opportunity to track habituated chimps. These delightful apes provide tremendous entertainment as they squabble and play, offering a fascinating glimpse into their daily lives. Kibale Forest is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with 335 species recorded in the area, adding to the park’s rich biodiversity and charm.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Depart from Kibale in the morning for Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through the scenic town of Kasese. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Rwenzori, also known as the Mountains of the Moon, the highest mountain in Uganda with an altitude of 5109 meters.

Upon reaching Queen Elizabeth National Park, embark on a boat ride along the Kazinga Channel, where you can marvel at the park’s diverse wildlife, including over 95 mammal species such as elephants, lions, leopards, kobs, buffaloes, jackals, and spotted hyenas. The park is also home to 10 primate species, including chimpanzees, velvet monkeys, blue monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, and olive baboons, offering a unique opportunity to observe these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Start your day with a refreshing cup of tea or coffee before embarking on a thrilling game drive in the Kasenyi area of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This open savannah is teeming with wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, warthogs, baboons, lions, leopards, various monkey species, spotted hyenas, Uganda kob, and bushbucks. After the game drive, return to your accommodation for a full breakfast.

Then, continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, with lunch served en route. Arrive at Bwindi in the evening, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night, preparing for your upcoming gorilla trekking adventure.

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

After breakfast, head to the park offices for a briefing before embarking on your Uganda gorilla trekking adventure within the impenetrable Bwindi Gorilla National Park. Trek along tracks in search of these majestic mountain gorillas, a journey that can last between 2 to 9 hours depending on the gorillas’ movements.

While the trek may be challenging, the reward of encountering and spending time with these incredible creatures is unparalleled. As you gaze into their expressive brown eyes, capture this once-in-a-lifetime wildlife adventure with unforgettable photographs, a thrill that only Africa can offer.

Departure

Enjoy an early breakfast before departing from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for Kampala. Along the way, lunch will be served, and there will be a stop at the equator where you can purchase souvenirs and take photos. Afterward, you will be transferred directly to the airport for your flight, concluding your unforgettable Uganda holiday with lasting memories of its natural beauty and wildlife.
