Safari Overview
In the early morning, following breakfast, depart from Arusha for Arusha National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife and vegetation, famously featured in the movie “Hatari.” The park boasts a range of animals including buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, zebras, and baboons, as well as a variety of bird species.
Upon arrival at the Momella Gate, you will be met by an armed ranger for a walking safari, offering a unique opportunity to observe wildlife up close, a rare experience in Tanzania’s national parks. After the safari, enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your exploration of the park.
In the afternoon, depart from the park and head to Chemka Hot Springs for swimming and relaxation. Return to Arusha in the evening, concluding your day trip.
