After an early breakfast and with picnic lunches in hand, you’ll descend into the crater floor for a full day of exploration, tracking game with your guide.Ngorongoro Crater is a geological marvel, plunging 610 meters deep and spanning 260 square kilometers, making it the largest caldera in the world. Within its confines, you’ll find the renowned Big Five (lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffaloes) as well as hippos, cheetahs, various antelope species, and spotted hyenas.

The crater is also home to a diverse array of bird species and other wildlife, including velvet monkeys, jackals, foxes, rock and tree hyraxes, warthogs, gnus, zebras, and hares. 

After a day filled with excitement and wildlife encounters, you’ll drive back to Arusha, concluding your adventure in the crater.
